Biblioteq Presents: Pärt, Eller, Rääts Live

Biblioteq, the elegant salon that blends historic charm with cultural programming, has announced a series of intimate classical music concerts for the 2026 summer season. The events will be staged in the heart of Tallinn Old Town, offering an atmospheric backdrop where Estonian heritage and live music coalesce.

Curated by pianist‑conductor Mrs. Piia Paemurru, the line‑up focuses on Estonia’s most celebrated composers. Guests will hear carefully selected works by Arvo Pärt, Heino Eller and Jaan Rääts, performed by a stellar roster of local musicians. The piano will be played by Paemurru herself, while the cello will be handled by her son, Peeter Paemurru, creating a familial warmth that echoes the salon’s intimate ethos.

“We’re delighted to bring these treasured works to a setting that feels both historically resonant and welcoming,” said Paemurru. “The Biblioteq’s second‑floor chamber, perched twenty‑one steps above the bustling streets of Old Town, offers an environment where music, architecture, and Estonian culture can intersect beautifully.”

Tickets are priced at €35, which includes a complimentary welcome drink. The venue’s modest capacity ensures a close‑knit concert experience, with the audience seated at a comfortable distance from the stage, allowing for a more personal connection with the performers and the repertoire.
