The iconic promenade that has just opened in Disneyland Paris now has a full‑length musical counterpart, courtesy of celebrated French composer Philippe Rombi and the London Symphony Orchestra.
A Record Breaker
Walt Disney Records has announced the release of a brand‑new album featuring the music composed for Disneyland Paris’ Adventure Way – the brand‑new, picturesque promenade that weaves together attractions, dining and tranquil gardens all the way to the park’s spectacular nighttime show, Adventure Bay.
The album contains:
- A 17‑part symphonic suite – a lush, almost 40‑minute journey crafted by Philippe Rombi, performed by the 84 musicians of the London Symphony Orchestra.
- Two variations of the Adventure Way Theme, showcasing Rombi’s ability to adapt a motif for different atmospheres.
- A piano version of the theme, heard at The Regal View Restaurant & Lounge.

The soundtrack is now available for streaming and download on Amazon, Apple Music, Spotify, and all other major digital platforms. For those curious to taste the first two movements, a short preview is already streaming—just hit the “jump” button and let the music transport you to the park’s newest artery.
The Story Behind the Music
On 13 December, the composer unveiled the score in person at an intimate event at the resort. In the company of Michel den Dulk, Portfolio Executive Creative Director at Walt Disney Imagineering Paris, Rombi explained why this was a landmark commission.
“Creating original music for an entire area of a Disney park is extremely rare,” Rombi said. “To be entrusted with it—especially in Paris—felt like a true recognition of my work. I’ve always composed from the heart, driven by my passion.”
Rombi is no stranger to Disney. He once played piano in the original Disneyland Hotel when the park opened in 1992, and he’s recorded scores for many French films, earning four César nominations, including for Joyeux Noël.
The music for Adventure Way was recorded in the summer of 2025 at the legendary Abbey Road Studios with the London Symphony Orchestra, mirroring the conditions that produced his Oscar‑winning score for Joyeux Noël.
A Musical Journey Through the Gardens
Rombi designed two main motifs that capture the spirit of adventure, travel, wonder, and distant horizons. From these themes he weaved a near‑40‑minute suite that runs the length of the promenade, punctuated by subtle nods to classic Disney tunes:
- Gazebo Garden – a breezy, Peter Pan‑inspired interlude.
- 101 Dalmatians Garden – playful echoes of the beloved canine adventure.
- Tangled Garden – lush strings reminiscent of Rapunzel’s kingdom.
The piano version you’ll hear at The Regal View Restaurant & Lounge offers a more intimate, reflective take on the same core material.
When Music Meets the Magic
From 29 March 2026, guests arriving on Adventure Way will be greeted by this original score, turning every stroll into an immersive musical experience. The soundtrack’s length – over 40 minutes – ensures that visitors are accompanied by a cohesive narrative from the moment they step onto the promenade until they approach Adventure Bay for the night‑time lake spectacular.
This is Disney’s first entirely original score for a park area since 1992 (the Discoverylandsoundtrack), marking a significant milestone for Disneyland Paris and showcasing the park’s commitment to blending visual and auditory storytelling.
