Estonian National Symphony Orchestra (ERSO), the country’s flagship ensemble, is seeking a full‑time double‑bass player to join its ranks beginning January 2027. The position offers a gross monthly remuneration of €1,900 and a chance to perform under world‑class conductors, collaborate with renowned soloists, and contribute to both large‑scale symphonic and intimate chamber projects across Estonia and abroad.

Both tuning of the instrument and orchestra tuning are permitted during the audition.

Work Life in Estonia
- Rehearsals: 4 hours daily on working days.
- Concerts: Usually Fridays.
- Individual Work Week: Minimum one week every two months.
- Annual Leave: 35 calendar days.
