The Arvo Pärt Centre (Arvo Pärdi keskus) in Laulasmaa, Estonia has just opened its creative residency scholarships for 2026, expanding opportunities for composers, performers, and multidisciplinary artists to develop new work in one of Northern Europe’s most inspiring creative environments.
